Ultimate Order’s Auto Print solution is a proprietary light-weight application

orders to any desktop or thermal printer. The Auto Print software also
provides a real-time dashboard to view and reprint new, past, and future
orders.

Can I be alerted of an auto print order?
Yes. The Auto Print application can optionally be set to ring when a new
online order arrives. MenuDrive can also send you mobile text alerts of
incoming orders.

What are the requirements for Auto Print?
A computer with internet connection is required. We also suggest that you
use a laser desktop printer or thermal printer (with USB or Ethernet
connection). The MenuDrive Auto Print solution is also compatible with all operating systems.

POS Integration

Ultimate Order is actively developing integrations with POS vendors (please
give us a call to see if your POS is available). With POS integration,
Ultimate Order generates a data schema of a customer’s order details and
securely transmits it directly to your POS terminal. Each POS vendor
requires a different data schema format, and we can work with your
vendor to develop integration. Our development team will support you
and your POS vendor every step of the way - from planning to
development and implementation.

What are the requirements for POS integration?
Your Point of Sale system will need an internet connection and be capable
of online ordering. Some POS vendors also require an extra online ordering module/service to be installed on your system to listen for and accept online orders (additional license cost from your POS vendor may apply).

What happens if my internet goes down?
Before a customer submits his or her order, MenuDrive will check to see if your location is online. If it is not, then MenuDrive will prevent the customer from submitting his or her order (an online message notifies the customer that your location is experiencing internet issues). An alert is also immediately sent to our support center, where a technician will call your location to troubleshoot the issue.

Email and Fax

Ultimate Order can send orders to your location(s) by email and fax. Emails and Faxes are immediately sent as soon as your customers place their orders. Ultimate Order monitors all fax confirmations to ensure they were sent successfully.

Is there an extra charge and limit on faxes?
No. MenuDrive provides FREE unlimited fax orders with the service.

What happens if my fax line is busy or disconnected?
MenuDrive will attempt to send you the fax order up to 3 separate times (in 2 minute intervals). If the fax is still not transmitted successfully, an alert is immediately dispatched to our support center. A technician will quickly call your location to relay the order details, as well as troubleshoot your fax issues.
