For those who might be contemplating making changes or adding to their house...you need a house call!  In an afternoon or evening (usually in about three to four hours), I will sit down and review the possible approaches by sketching and describing how the work might be accomplished. 

 

I also offer consultations for business buildings regarding codes and accessible (handicapped) access. the possibilities of improvements in design or additions.

 

I can give advice on Green construction (green is the color of money) particularly in incorporating energy saving construction in alteration work.

 

Lastly, I am extremely experienced in permit and code issues.
