Retail:

1.49% for offline Debit, 

1.69%  for Qualified credit,

.78% surcharge for rewards (mid quals) and

1.03% surcharge  for corporate (non quals) 

plus 20 cents per swipe.  

Only $5 monthly statement fee and 10 cents per batch.  

Mail Order/Telephone Order Accounts rates are 2.25%
