โรงแรม A2SEA ได้รับแรงบันดาลใจจากนายจักรกฤต ศิริรักษ์หรือคุณผู้จัดการของ บริษัท ฯ เพื่อเปิดโรงแรมด้วยตัวเอง ด้วยประสบการณ์อันยาวนานของเขาในฐานะนักเดินทาง เขาเดินทางไปหลายแห่งทั้งในประเทศไทยและทั่วโลก เขาเห็นตลาดใหญ่ที่มีศักยภาพของ Budget Travellers ซึ่งเติบโตขึ้นพร้อมกับสายการบินต้นทุนต่ำจำนวนมาก โครงการก่อสร้างทางด่วนตะวันออก (อีสเทิร์นซีบอร์ด) ของรัฐบาลจะสร้างรถไฟความเร็วสูงกรุงเทพฯ - ระยองขึ้นในปีนี้ นี้จะดึงดูดการลงทุนมากขึ้นในเขตนิคมอุตสาหกรรม นอกจากนี้ท่าอากาศยานอู่ตะเภาซึ่งอยู่ไม่ไกลจากพัทยาก็ได้รับการยกระดับให้เป็นสนามบินนานาชาติ ปัจจัยเหล่านี้จะช่วยให้นักท่องเที่ยวเดินทางมาเที่ยวเมืองพัทยามากขึ้น

A2SEA Hotel was inspired by Mr Jakkrit Sirirak or “Khun A”, our Managing Director to open a hotel on his own. With his long experience as a traveling addict, he travelled extensively many places both in Thailand and around the world. He sees the potential big market of Budget Travelers which is growing with the Low Cost Airlines in number. The government’s project for Thailand’s Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) will construct Bangkok-Rayong high-speed train starting this year; this will attract more investment in the industrial estate zones. Also U-Tapao Airport which is not far from Pattaya was upgraded to be an international airport. All those factors will contribute to more tourists visiting Pattaya.
One day “Khun A” and family stopped by Jomtien Beach to have lunch and found some notice boards in the area which used to be called “Somprasong Plaza” for selling some buildings. Since then he has started to buy little by little and transformed them to be the A2SEA Hotel today. Being an antique lover as his favorite hobby, he brings out those antique items to display in the lobby and around the hotel premises according to his style of decoration. He wishes the hotel guests will enjoy seeing his collection as well.
Also “Khun A” has mentioned in the meeting with the General Manager how to attract more customers to the hotel. Considering when we go on holiday to recharge ourselves, very often we have new idea. Therefore it was agreed that we would put the proverbs or mottos from many countries on the wall of each room. We do hope that those sentences will inspire more or less our guests during their stay with us which will help them to continue wisely their working life or family life. Besides those inspiration sentences, the hotel provides the excellent service to our guests to have a memorable stay as a 4-star hotel but with 3-star price.
