Weekly timeshare rentals at Country Squire in Masthope Mountain Community
Located on Eagle Rock Road in Lackawaxen PA 18435.  

Each of the two single timeshare houses sleep 10 (5 beds: king size in the master bedroom on the main floor with a TV, and 2 queen beds in each of the 2 bedrooms on the second floor); living room with fireplace, cathedral ceiling, 42" LED flat screen TV (not shown in picture), and Blue-Ray/DVD player; kitchen with microwave and dishwasher; washer and dryer, 2 bathrooms (1 on the main floor off the master bedroom and 1 on the 2nd floor), air conditioning, front and rear porches.  Recently remodeled (not shown in pictures).

The Masthope Mountain Community has many amenities, including horseback riding (indoor and outdoor ring, and trail rides spring, summer and fall), down-hill snow skiing & snow tubing (1.3 miles from the house = 3 minutes, at Ski Big Bear at Masthope Mountain), cross country ski trails, lake with free use of the canoes or paddle boats, beach at the lake, 2 playgrounds, outdoor heated pool, tennis court, bocce ball court, handball court, basketball court, volleyball area, video games, bumper pool, pool table, restaurant, pizza place,
1000 acres to hike. 

A week is Friday check-in at 4pm to Friday check-out at 10am
A later check-in time is ok, an earlier check-out time is ok.
Other days/times may be possible,
but we wouldn't know until the week before check-in.

$1,050 for a week
($550 trade, $500 cash to Country Squire Property Owner's Association) + 9% tax cash:

Cash options:
If you are going to use the resort's amenities, Masthope resort charges an administrative charge for amenity usage pass (for winter rentals, it gives each person listed on the rental contract 25% off Lift Tickets):  $50 up to 3 nights, $75 for 4 to 7 nights, $100 for 8 to 30 nights. This includes up to 8 passes, extra passes are $5 per person per day or $25 per person for up to a week.  The resort charges a $50 late fee if paid with-in 2 weeks of check-in.  The fitness center and horseback riding requires an additional usage fee.  Without the amenity pass, you may still use the ski slope with the purchase of Ski Lift tickets at the regular price.

Pet fee is $195 cash(only permitted in one house.
Smoking is not permitted in the house.
