100% polyester but it feels and looks like chenielle, super soft and cozy light blue for winter.  The greatest feature other than being so soft is Flip does not use buttons on the leg but a zipper so diaper changing is just a zip away!  The leg is detailed with a ruffle that ties back into the ruffle around the neckline.  I just LOVE this juper!
