Own an Original 1969 Woodstock Poster and Ticket!
The legendary Woodstock Music & Art Fair was over 40 years ago and these items will surely appreciate in value!
The poster, a highly collectible piece of history measuring 18" X 24½," was created by the artist Arnold Skolnick and is mounted in a 24" X 35" frame with a letter of authenticity attached to the back. Plexiglas protects the artwork as well as a rare photo of Woodstock.
The ticket, printed by the Globe Ticket Company for admission to the Woodstock Music and Art Fair, was for Saturday, August 16, 1969, is numbered 03536 B,(ticket number may vary.) and comes unframed. Included is a copy of a letter of authenticity a copy of a certificate of authenticity signed by the man who purchased the safes from the Cross Safe Company containing the unused Woodstock posters & tickets, and a rare photo of Woodstock.
Photos of Woodstock are difficult to find and those included in this offer, in my opinion, are two the best available. This poster and ticket are in absolute mint condition and look so good that it is nearly impossible to believe that they are over 40 years old. I acquired almost 100 posters and tickets directly from the person who purchased the safes from the Cross Safe Company and framed nearly every one of these original Woodstock posters I have seen.
I have sold about 50 posters and tickets to friends who re-sold them to their customers, many of them collectors, who verified them as original.
