Acceleration North Sports Training is proud to announce 3 winter golf training programs coming this winter to our Arden Hills facility. Acceleration North owner, Curt Carbaugh, was one of the original founders of AGT (Active Golf Training) and is starting up his own golf program with some of the same principals. Many of the same instructors will be running these camps along with several PGA professionals!
- Each participant will receive a golf warm up and fitness manual
- Video analysis will be used at the beginning and end of each camp
- our 9 hole putting course will be back in action!
- Over 15 hours of hands on instruction and training
90 Minute Sessions Include:
- Golf specific warm ups
- Posture and swing progressions
- Video analysis
- Short game and full swing drills
- Putting drills
- Strength and flexibility training
Camp Dates:
- Camp 1: December 5 - January 13
- Camp 2: January 16 - February 24
- Camp 3: February 27 - March 30
Session Days and Times:
Monday, Wednesday - OR - Tuesday, Thursday
- 2:30 pm - 4:00 pm
- 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm
- 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm (Adults Only)
- 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm
