Home repair service plan for one annual fee of $600.  This includes semi-annual home inpections to diagnose potential issues with electrical, plumbing, etc throughout the home.  Also, bi-monthly visits to replace air filters as necessary, make spot checks on plumbing and electrical, home safety, weather stripping and other potential issues.  Pre-paid plan includes up to 20 hours of home repair labor.  Materials excluded.  Homeowner provides material necessary to complete necessary repairs.
